How Stratosphere is Responding to COVID-19 and Its Effect on Businesses How Stratosphere is Responding to COVID-19 and Its Effect on Businesses

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change the world, we’re all navigating through uncertainty. At Stratosphere, we embrace the principle of being adaptable. That means that even in times of struggle, we seek to be solution-orientated and forward-thinking. While our priority is the health and safety of our employees and community, we are also here to make sure your business is set up for success – even in these turbulent times.

Please know that our (virtual) door is always open, and if you have any questions, contact us at any time.

How we’re helping

Our entire team is here for you and working remotely

There are no changes to our day-to-day operations or to our team during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to social-distancing guidelines, Stratosphere already embraced a remote working culture, with many of our members working outside of the office. For us, a transition to a 100% remote workplace was seamless. We remain here for you –  just as we were before.

Keeping your audience informed through banners and blogs

We want to do everything we can to support our clients and their businesses. From blog posts on COVID-19 resources to updating websites with announcement banners about recent business changes, we have been busy helping our clients communicate with their audience.

We are always here to support clients

If you find yourself struggling to make payments or maintain our services, please reach out to us immediately. Since it’s more important than ever to maintain an online presence, we can help you keep your site up and content running, while finding a payment solution that works for you right now.

Please stay safe

We urge you to please stay home and stay safe. Look after each other. We are thinking of everyone in our community who may be impacted by the pandemic, and we thank those on the front lines who are risking their health and safety to aid others. We’re all in this together, and it will pass.

Stay safe; stay well.
